Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Fashedit Messenger Order Review application (the “Application”), operated by 李沧区罗绮者百货商行, processes information received through the Fashedit Facebook Page. The Application helps the Page operator identify possible order details and place them into a human-review queue. It is not used to make automated decisions about customers.
1. Information we process
Depending on what a person sends to the Page, the Application may process:
- Facebook Page-scoped sender identifiers and the profile name made available by Meta;
- message text and message metadata, such as message ID and time;
- order details included in the conversation, such as order number and payment amount;
- an email address, including a PayPal email address, when the customer supplies it for order matching; and
- review status and technical records needed to prevent duplicate processing and diagnose failures.
The Application does not request or store Facebook passwords, PayPal passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes.
2. How we use information
We use the information only to receive Page messages, identify possible order information, match payment references supplied by the customer, prevent duplicate records, support order handling, and allow an authorised person to review the extracted information before further action.
3. Human review and accuracy
Automated extraction can be incomplete or inaccurate. Extracted records are placed into a pending-review process. A human reviewer remains responsible for confirming the customer, order number, amount, email address and order status.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed through Meta’s Messenger Platform, a privately operated n8n automation service, and Feishu tools used by authorised staff for order review. We may also use infrastructure providers that transmit encrypted traffic. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for order review, fulfilment, customer support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security and applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including limited access, encrypted connections, access credentials, message deduplication and separation between pending-review and confirmed-order records. No method of electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your interaction with the Page. Instructions are available on the Data Deletion page. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.
8. Children
The Application is intended for customer order communications and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use it to collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Application or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
