Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of information processed by the Fashedit Messenger Order Review application.

How to submit a request

  1. Email admin@fashedit03.shop with the subject “Fashedit data deletion request”.
  2. Include the Facebook profile name used to message the Fashedit Page and an approximate date of the conversation.
  3. If available, include the related order number. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are required.

What happens next

We will use the supplied details only to verify the request and locate relevant records. After verification, we will delete or anonymise information under our control unless retention is required for an active order, dispute, fraud prevention, accounting or another legal obligation. We will reply to the request using the email address from which it was sent.

For security, a request may be delayed if we cannot reasonably match it to the relevant Messenger conversation or records.
